Do you use Quality Tulle? TOP
Yes! We only use the finest Highest Quality bridal tulle on the market. All of our tulle is Lead Free and CPSIA compliant. Our tulle is very soft and not scratchy. We use fine weave tulle, not cheap hex netting. Our tutus and tutu dresses are Very full and super fluffy. You will notice the difference in our products.
Many companies skimp on tulle. Poshlittle tutus has been in business over 8 years. We know a quality product. All of our tutu skirts use over 50+ yards of very soft tulle. Our long tutu dresses we always use at minimum 100+ yards.
How much is shipping & How are my items shipped? TOP
All of our items are shipped via USPS Priority mail. One item is $8.75, each additional product is $2 to ship. If you would like another shipping method used, please contact us.
Our poshlittle tutus hair bows and headbands are all made in house. If you order just hair bows, ship time is 3-4 business days.
Our tutus are custom made as ordered, and shipping can take from 7-14 business days. Once items are shipped, please allow an additional 2-3 days for your order to arrive.
USPS Postal Service Priority mail
Although most Standard shipping orders typically take 2-3 to 5 mailing days to arrive, these estimates are not guaranteed and USPS mailing times of up to 10 days can occur. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, we recommend upgrading to 2-day or next day shipping. Please allow up to 10 mailing days before contacting us about the status of your order.
USPS Express Mail
Express Mail includes our Rush fee of $15. If you purchase Express, you order takes 2-3 Business days To Make. Once we ship your item out Express, it takes 1-2 business days to arrive. If you need by a special date, please contact us before placing your order.
(Posh Little Tutus is not responsible for lost, stolen or unclaimed packages. If your package is returned to us, we do not issue a credit for merchandise.
We do reserve the right to bill for additional shipping if your package is returned, and needs to be re-shipped. Please double check your ship to address to make sure it is correct. The postal office does not credit us for any shipping if the item is returned.)
How long will it take to make my order? TOP
If you are ordering just Hair bows or Headbands, we typically ship these within 2-3 business days.
All of our tutu's are handcrafted as ordered. Due to the custom nature of our tutu's, please allow up to 1-2 weeks to make and ship out your order. We do run out of some material due to manufacturing products. If you need your item by a certain date, please always note it in the checkout area.
Some personalized items and outfits take up to 3 weeks. Shipping times for these special order items are noted in each product. If you are unsure of the shipping on a product, please contact us with the name or link to the product.
If you need your item sooner for those special occasions. Please contact us before placing your order. We do bill your credit card at the time of purchase, due to the custom nature of our products.
How are your Tutus and Products packaged? TOP
All of our tutu's are packaged in sturdy boxes with pretty tissue. If you are sending a tutu as a gift, please let us know! We can enclose a special gift card for you.
How do I clean my Tutu? TOP
We recommenend spot cleaning - first, especially if your tutu has embellishements! Embellishments may not always hold up in the washer. If your tutu get wrinkeld. Spray with warm water. Iron using a cool setting to avoid melting your tulle.
We have found the best way to get rid of a wrinkled tutu is steam! Simply turn on your hot shower, and hang your tutu. After a few minutes, all of the wrinkles will disappear. (Don't put directly in the water)
Do you offer custom Tutu orders? TOP
Yes, we will do custom Tutu orders. If you have a special event such as a wedding or pageant, we can customize colors for you. Please Contact Us for details.
Do you ship your Tutus Internationally? TOP
Yes, we do ship Internationally. We charge a fee of $15.00. If you have a large order, we charge more to cover the cost of shipping. All international orders are shipped via USPS First-Class mail, with no tracking available. First-class can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to USPS Express with tracking, please contact us.
What forms of Payment do you accept? TOP
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal. Paypal accounts are free, and you can pay securely using your checking account or credit card. (Cards are charged at the time of ordering. We use Authorize.net as our secure credit card proccesor.)
Can I place my Tutu order by phone? TOP
We do not offer phone orders at this time. We are a business operated by stay at home mom's. To keep our product cost low and shipping fast, we ask that you please order via our website. We do respond to emails within 24-48 hours. Is your boutique a safe and secure website? TOP
All of our payments are collected on a "Secure" server. When checking out, you will see the address bar on our website will read: https: instead of just http...the "s" stands for secure.
Customer security is a top priority for us. We have taken steps to maintain your privacy. Which includes not selling or renting out our customers information to any company. All information collected is used for proccessing your order only.
Can I Cancel My order? TOP
Due to the custom nature of our work, "All sales are final". Unless we make a mistake in processing your order.
Ballet slippers can be exchanged if needed.
What is your return/exchange policy? TOP
We ask that you be careful in the selection of colors and styles of your order. All of our items are custom handcrafted as ordered. "All sales are final" on our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our items.
Please ask all questions in regards to sizing/colors before you place your order. If you need custom measurments please email us before placing your order. Becuase items are handmade, some flowers are seasonal. We do run out of stock on some flowers. We always use similar colors/styles of flowers in place, if a flower is out of stock.
If an item is shipped and is returned to us, the customer is responsible for all shipping/handling charges.

Can I rush My Order? TOP
Yes, rush orders are available for a flat rate of $15 per order. Rush orders will ship within 3-4 business days. Not including shipping time of 2-3 days. Rush orders do not include shipping. It just put's your order ahead of all others.
(We cannot Rush or Overnight International Orders.)
Are you Products CPSIA Compliant? TOP
All of our materials are CPSIA Compliant. We no longer use swarovski crystals on any of our products. Our crystals are CraftSafe branded low lead crystals.
